Kesava Chandra, also known as Keshav Chandra Baliram Hedgewar, belongs to the Hedgewar family lineage, which holds a historical presence in India. He is the son of Ram Chandra Baliram Hedgewar, the nephew of Shivraj Baliram Hedgewar, the grandson of Chandra Baliram Hedgewar, and the great-grandson of Dr. Keshav Baliram Hedgewar, founder of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS).
This lineage forms part of the H.O.N.O.U.R LEGACY, which preserves the family’s custodial continuity across generations.

Creative & Literary Foundation

Kesava Chandra’s work originates in long-form narrative authorship. His creative corpus is structured as a unified cosmological system composed of nine epics that share a single narrative universe, internal chronology, and philosophical foundation. These epics form the narrative and conceptual basis of PROJECTUM 000°.
The tenth epic, currently in development and being written by Kesava Chandra, is conceived as the final convergence of the entire universe. It is intended to unify and resolve the narrative and philosophical structures established by the preceding nine epics and is being developed as a long-term creative work.
The literary universe of PROJECTUM 000° predates its cinematic realization. All film projects and franchise productions are derived from this original authored framework.

One United Nation (OUN) is a global organization founded by Kesava Chandra. It is constituted as a non-state, non-national organizational entity with worldwide scope. The organization exists independently of existing nation-states, governments, alliances, and international institutions.
OUN is not established under the authority of any current political system and does not operate as a subsidiary, affiliate, or extension of any government, party, or supranational body.

A tenth and final epic is currently in development and is being written as the concluding convergence of the entire universe.
The PROJECTUM 000° franchise is produced by Cosmocritor Entertainment and Seven Cosmicals Production, in association with Nothing Everything Written and V 13 Totalitarians. These production entities are responsible for the physical realization, coordination, and execution of all films within the franchise.
PROJECTUM 000° functions as the unified narrative and franchise framework under which all productions are developed, structured, and released.

LUCIFERUM is presented individually due to its role as one of the principal narrative anchors of the PROJECTUM 000° cinematic universe, functioning as a primary entry point into its cosmology and a major convergence of its philosophical and cinematic structure.
The film is developed as a multiple-narrative epic and serves as a key structural pillar within the broader franchise architecture.
The film is currently in active production and involves international collaboration across multiple locations, including scheduled filming activity in Belgium and recent principal photography in the Himalayan region, North Korea, China, France, Scotland, United Kingdom, Italy and Greece. As with all titles under PROJECTUM 000°, LUCIFERUM is developed and administered through the franchise’s centralized production system.
