Dr. Kesava Chandra, also known as Keshav Chandra Baliram Hedgewar and Yeshua, was born on 24 June to Ramachandra Baliram Hedgewar and Seetha Lakshmi Mariam Hedgewar. His academic training emphasized governance, political systems, crisis management, military and intelligence gathering studies, international relations, organizational leadership, methods of mass mobilization, political communication, and the core principles of Juche and Songun.

Alongside his work in cinema, literature, and scientific research, Dr. Kesava Chandra has maintained a long-standing professional association with the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) through concurrent roles spanning the country’s technology, finance, publishing, industrial, and film sectors.
Dr. Kesava Chandra’a association with the DPRK began in February 2015, when he commenced work as a Network Architect at Kangsong Net, marking the beginning of his long-term professional engagement with institutions in the country. There, he has contributed to network architecture and technological development.
In April 2016, Dr. Kesava Chandra assumed the position of Chief Technological Officer (CTO) of the Korea Mining Development Trading Corporation (KOMID).
